A rebuilt freight-brokerage site plus digital set-up packets that cut Best Value Carriers’ booking time in half.
The challenge
Best Value Carriers needed the site to catch up with the business. Their carrier and customer set-up packets were PDFs being emailed back and forth, out of date and slow. The site itself needed a facelift to match a freight brokerage firm growing across the country.
What we did
We rebuilt the site as a lead-generation engine: quote intake built around how the team actually works, and a named team page. Then we replaced the PDF packets with digital set-up forms. Customers and carriers now click a link, fill in what Best Value Carriers needs, and the data lands where the team can work with it.
The result
Booking time has been cut in half. The digital set-up flow is what Best Value Carriers points to first, the change that has saved the team the most time, and the part that customers and carriers themselves have called out.
